The Special Education District Developed Service Delivery Plan will be up for public comment throughout the month of February. The plan can be viewed on the web and at the MCSD Administration Center, Musser Public Library, MCC, and Mississippi Bend AEA 9 at their Muscatine location. It will also be published in the Muscatine Journal.
